About Alivia

I fell in love with the Church at the age of 19. Through service and various positions of leadership with the college age, communications, executive and hospitality ministries, I learned and developed my strengths in organization, leadership, and preaching. Additionally, I discovered my passions for social justice, emotional health/healing and helping others, specifically college students, discover redemption in Christ. These strengths and passions led me to earn my bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Ozark Christian College in December 2019. In that time of learning, God was making it clear that my next step was to seek further development for my small part in Kingdom advancement; I felt that God was asking me to develop my capacity while increasing my adaptability to serve His church as an Executive Pastor Resident. 

Upon completing this residency, I desire to be a servant-hearted addition to a church or organization’s leadership staff while pursuing a masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Trauma Counseling. Wherever God leads me, I want to help lead others to the tools of emotional intelligence and into beautiful redemption with Jesus.
