ABOUT

Discovery VOAD, in care for our community and out of our love for God, is a member of the Broomfield VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster). Broomfield VOAD​ ​unites​ ​the​ ​efforts​ ​of​ ​community,​ ​government,​ ​faith-based​ ​organizations,​ ​businesses​ ​and​ ​non-profit​ ​organizations​ ​to​ ​provide​ ​collaborative support,​ ​response,​ ​and​ ​effective​ ​relief​ ​to​ ​people​ ​affected​ ​by​ ​disaster​ ​in Broomfield County.

When called upon by the City and County of Broomfield, Discovery VOAD provides volunteers who assist the City and County of Broomfield in emergency response, relief, and long-term recovery efforts. 

MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Get our of your comfort zone, and serve God by using your time, talent, and treasures. Help Discovery Church demonstrate our love of God by assisting our neighbors in their times of need. Volunteer opportunities could include: packing boxes, delivering supplies, spending time with the most vulnerable in our community, working with computers/data entry, making telephone calls, or providing spiritual care.
