HopeKids serves over 600 families who make up just over 3,000 people here in Colorado. 260 of those families live within 20 miles of Discovery and that number is growing every day. HopeKids vision is to restore hope to families who have a child with a life-threatening medical condition. Because Discovery focuses on vulnerable children, Discovery is the perfect partner to help fulfill that vision. HopeKids provides free, monthly activities and support community for these families. It costs approximately $30/family to provide a month’s calendar of activities. Through these activities, the families get the chance to feel “normal” and create memories.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

HopeKids has opportunities to join the prayer team, volunteer with events, join the hospital visit team, or sponsor a family for a month through a $30 donation.
